No. Lettout is a quiet place to say what's on your mind and be heard by other people who get it. It isn't therapy, counselling or medical advice, and the people here are members like you, not professionals. If you'd like professional support, a therapist or doctor is the right place to start.

Lettout is a small paid membership with no ads. You can start with a short, low-cost trial to see if it feels right. Current prices for your country are shown in Plans above, and you can cancel anytime from your profile. Payments are handled securely by Dodo Payments.
You choose, every time you post: your vent fades after 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or you can keep it until you delete it. Once a vent fades or you delete it, it's removed from Lettout along with its replies. Deleted data can stay in our backups for up to 7 days before it's overwritten.
Yes. Deleting your account from your profile removes your account, vents, replies and reactions, and cancels any active plan. We suggest cancelling in Manage subscription first, so you get a confirmation. You don't need to email anyone or explain why.
You decide, every time. Choose Just listen and others can only react, with no replies. Choose Gentle advice ok and members can also leave kind replies.
We've built it to be as safe as we can. Vents and replies are checked automatically before they appear: posts that attack someone are blocked, and posts that suggest someone may be in danger stay off the public feed while the author is shown support options. You can block anyone and report anything that feels wrong. Lettout is for adults 18 and over. Like any online space, no system catches everything, so please look after yourself here too.
